We currently do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, if the item you receive is defective, we will be happy to review the issue and assist you.

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. In the unlikely event that your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the situation and make it right.

To request a return, please email us with the product details and a clear description of the defect.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

If your return request is approved, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. The product should be unworn, unused and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected and we will notify you within a reasonable time whether you qualify for a replacement or a refund due to the confirmed defect.

If approved, we will either provide a replacement item or issue a refund using the original method of payment.
